Encrypted calls

Audio and video meetings that never pass through a readable server.

Peer-to-peer DTLS-SRTP calls with background effects, screen sharing, knock-to-join moderation and a relay mode when you prefer not to expose IPs.

The meeting where nobody else is on the line.

For legal, medical, m&a, journalism and creative teams whose conversations must not be recorded, transcribed or analysed by a platform.

Built for confidentiality

Peer-to-peer by default

Media flows directly between participants over DTLS-SRTP. No media server holds a decryptable copy of the stream.

Background blur and replacement

On-device background effects so your room is never part of the confidentiality problem.

Screen sharing

Share a window or a full screen inside the same encrypted session.

Knock-to-join moderation

Hosts approve every participant before media starts, with clear join, mute and speaking indicators.

Relay mode

When you prefer not to expose participant IP addresses, calls route through a relay that still cannot decrypt the media.

In the same room as the work

Calls start from the channel that already holds the files, tasks and calendar for that project.

Where mainstream meeting tools actually decrypt

Most conferencing products terminate encryption at a selective forwarding unit so they can record, transcribe or apply AI features. That is a legitimate engineering choice — and it means the provider is technically able to listen. DRIVUNO keeps media between endpoints and offers no server-side recording or transcription, because either would require breaking the model.

Calls are a membership decision

A call belongs to a channel or a direct-message thread. Only members can start or join one, hosts can gate entry, and removing a member takes effect immediately across chat, drive and calls.

Designed for real conditions

Adaptive quality, device switching, echo cancellation and mobile support in the installable app, so the secure option is also the practical one.

Frequently asked questions

Can DRIVUNO read this content?

+

No. Everything in the DRIVUNO suite — files, messages, events, documents, notes, tasks and photos — is encrypted on your device with XChaCha20-Poly1305 before it is sent. Keys are derived locally from your password with Argon2id and wrapped per member with X25519. Servers store ciphertext only.

How is this different from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

+

Those suites encrypt data in transit and at rest, but the provider holds the keys, so content can be indexed, scanned by AI, exported by an administrator or produced on legal request. DRIVUNO is built so that we hold no key that opens your content.

Who can see a shared item?

+

Only the people the item is sealed for. Every room, folder, calendar and document key is wrapped individually for each member with X25519. Removing someone revokes their sealed copy and rotates the key.

Does search still work if everything is encrypted?

+

Yes. DRIVUNO uses blind indexes: your device computes HMAC tags for names and subjects, and the server matches tags without ever seeing plaintext.

Is there a free plan?

+

Yes. The free plan includes 1 GB with the exact same zero-knowledge architecture — encrypted drive, Rooms, calendar, docs, notes, tasks and sharing.

What happens if I lose my password?

+

Because we cannot read your data, we cannot reset it. You can create a Recovery Kit (printable PDF with QR) when you set up your account and store it offline. Without your password or recovery key, encrypted data cannot be recovered — by design.
