How we communicate

Detection → posted in < 1 hour
Initial advisory the moment we confirm an issue, even before root cause.
Affected users → notified in < 24 hours
If account contact details exist, we email impacted users directly.
Post-mortem → within 14 days
Every P0/P1 incident produces a written post-mortem in the changelog.
