DRIVUNO Secret Chat creates a temporary encrypted room for 2 to 4 people. Share a short link instead of your phone number or social handle, talk, exchange photos and files, then burn it.
“Share a link, not your identity.”
For people meeting online, buyers and sellers, journalists' first contacts, anyone who wants to talk without handing over a phone number or a social account
No sign-up, no password, no username, no phone number, no email. You create a room and share a link.
Messages and files are encrypted on your device. The key lives in the part of the link after #, which browsers never send to our servers.
Choose 1, 2 or 3 guests. Each seat is bound to one browser, so a forwarded link cannot add an extra reader once seats are taken.
Messages vanish after 1 hour or 24 hours, files and photos after 1 hour at most. The room self-destructs when you burn it or after 48 hours of silence.
Photos open only while you hold your finger on them, for a few seconds, then they are gone for the recipient.
One tap erases the whole conversation for everyone. Nothing to delete later from a phone backup.
A phone number, an Instagram or a WhatsApp profile is permanent: it reveals your real name, your photos, sometimes where you live, and it keeps working long after you stop wanting contact. A Secret Chat link is the opposite: it identifies nobody, works only for the seats you chose, and stops working when the room is burned or left silent for 48 hours.
Open drivuno.com/sc, choose how many guests (1 to 3) and how long messages live (1 hour or 24 hours), tap Generate. Copy the link and send it wherever you are already talking — a dating app, a marketplace, an email. The other person opens it in any browser: no install, no sign-up. You appear as User A, they appear as User B.
Messages and files are encrypted on your device before they leave it, and the decryption key stays in the link fragment, which browsers do not transmit to servers. Content expires automatically. What no website can do is stop someone from photographing their own screen with another phone, so share only what you are comfortable with.
Secret Chat is free and accessible as a guest. It is part of DRIVUNO, an encrypted workspace for files, rooms, calls and documents. You never need a DRIVUNO account to use it.
Yes. Creating and joining a secret chat is free and requires no account.
No. There is no sign-up at all. You only share a link.
No. It works in any modern browser on iPhone, Android and desktop.
You choose 1 hour or 24 hours when you create the room. Photos and files last 1 hour at most, and view-once photos disappear after being viewed.
Each seat is bound to the first browser that takes it. Once all seats are taken, a forwarded link cannot join.
No website can fully block screenshots or a photo of the screen taken with another device. Secret Chat reduces exposure with view-once photos and short lifetimes, but you should still share only what you are comfortable with.
Start free with 1 GB. Zero-knowledge encryption from the first upload — no admin override, no AI scanning, no plaintext on the server.
